DealerSERVE® is a trademark of Rogee® Corporation. DealerSERVE® is a trusted and valuable mark on the international market. All Rights Reserved. Trademark and logo usage violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Use the Support Request page to request trademark usage permission.
Companies, including certified partners and the media, referring to the DealerSERVE trademark in text, advertising, marketing, web sites, product packaging, and other collateral must use the following guidelines:
Granted Permission
If you have received an official DealerSERVE® Certified Open Platform Partner confirmation letter/email or if you have been granted permission in writing, you may use the DealerSERVE® trademark accordingly. You should always download DealerSERVE® logos and elements directly from this website.
Using DealerSERVE® and Dealerserve.com in Text
- Properly Identify DealerSERVE® by applying the registered (®) symbol. The symbol may be omitted in the website reference: www.dealerserve.com.
- Set DealerSERVE® apart from other words and nouns it modifies by capitalizing it. Also, ''SERVE'' must always be in all caps except when the website is referenced (e.g. DealerSERVE® or Dealerserve.com).
- Use a Trademark Notice by including an attribution of ownership in your credit document, stating: DealerSERVE® is a registered trademarks of Rogee Corporation in the United States and/or other countries.
- Do Not Use DealerSERVE® or Dealerserve.com in the Possessive or Plural Form. Introduced them as proper adjectives with appropriate descriptors.

Do not use the DealerSERVE.com logo in connection with products, packaging, manuals, promotional or advertising materials, or Web sites for any purpose except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Rogee®.

Do not use any DealerSERVE® trademark in the title of your Web site or as a second-level domain name. You may not use any DealerSERVE® logo without a license or written specifications from Rogee®.
You may place a text or logo link to a DealerSERVE® Web page on your web site or within your software if the text link is not a prominent feature and is not used in a way that could confuse or mislead consumers.
When you use DealerSERVE® logos at your web site or Internet-accessible software, you must link to http://www.dealerserve.com. Without exception, all partners using the DealerSERVE® Certified Open Platform Partner logo or text must link to http://www.dealerserve.com.
Publications, Seminars, and Conferences
You may refer to DealerSERVE® product, service, and technology names on the cover of magazines and periodicals, and in the title of seminars and conferences, provided you comply with the guidelines herein and the following specifications:
- The publication, seminar, or conference should relate to the specific DealerSERVE® product, service, or technology referenced.
- Your name and logo should appear more prominently than the DealerSERVE® word mark on all printed materials related to the magazine, periodical, seminar, or conference.
- A disclaimer of sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by DealerSERVE®, similar to the example below, should be included on the publication and in all related printed materials:
- You should include a trademark attribution according to the notice format provided in the Use Trademark Notices section of this page.
- Do not use a DealerSERVE® trademark as the leading word or most prominent element in your magazine, periodical, seminar, or conference title.
- Do not use the DealerSERVE® logo in the publication, or on any materials related to the publication, seminar, or conference. Special circumstances may merit a license from Rogee®.
- Do not use a DealerSERVE® trademark in any manner that suggests DealerSERVE® affiliation with, sponsorship of, or certification of the magazine, periodical, seminar, or conference.
Screen Shots and Box Shots
Screen shots or box shots of http://www.dealerserve.com web site may be used as long as the shots are not altered other than when resizing. You may not add text and other images directly on top of the captured shots. Appropriate captions or descriptors may be used to explain the screen shots.
Business Cards and Name Tags
A DealerSERVE® Certified Open Platform Partner (DCOPP) may print the DCOPP logo on a business card or name tag with the guidelines herein and the following specifications:
- Card Front View:
The DCOPP logo must be less prominent in comparison to the company's name, logo and other information on the front of the card.
- Card Back View:
If other information besides the DCOPP logo appears on the back, the rules for the ''Card Front View'' apply. However, if the DealerSERVE® logo is the only item on the back of the card, the logo can be as large as desired.
Letterhead
Do not use DealerSERVE® or Rogee® trademarks in any letterhead without written permission from Rogee Corporation. If you are allowed to include these trademarks in a company letter, they must not appear as headers or footers to implication any association that may create confusion for consumers.
Company, Product, Service, and Domain Names
Do not use or register any DealerSERVE® or Rogee® trademark, including logos, symbols, icons, or any potentially confusing variation thereof, as part of your company name, trade name, product name, service name, or domain name. Do not place your company name, trademarks, service marks, or product names next to, or combine them with, a DealerSERVE® product name.
Endorsement or Sponsorship
Do not use any DealerSERVE® trademark in any manner that expresses or implies DealerSERVE® or Rogee® affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval. Do not use any DealerSERVE® trademark in such a manner that it appears DealerSERVE® is legally associated with your company. You must display your company name more prominently than any DealerSERVE® trademark on all materials.
DealerSERVE® Partners must never present themselves as DealerSERVE® itself or as the Rogee® Corporation, but only as "CERTIFIED PARTNERS" -- companies independent from DealerSERVE® and Rogee®.
Merchandise Items
Do not manufacture, sell, or give away merchandise items, such as T-shirts or mugs, that bear any DealerSERVE® or Rogee® trademark, including logos, except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Rogee®.
Trade Dress and Advertising Elements
Do not imitate DealerSERVE® logos, logotypes, trade dress, or other elements of DealerSERVE® product packaging and Web sites in any of your materials, including but not limited to advertising, product packaging, Web sites, and promotional materials.
Slogans and Tag lines
Do not use or imitate any DealerSERVE® tag line, including but not limited to "Taking Care Of The Basics Plus a Whole Lot More" and "Technology, Innovations, Possibilities."
